I know it your personal guess, but what I think that Damaged Titan Telescope goes to D tier because it's pretty bad because he have only saw attack and stomp, like not any else. The Titan Telescope should go to B tier because they buffed that Titan and the finger blast cooldown is small.

i think upgraded titan Tesla is kind of trash I think ultra titan sawbalde is better and also improved titan camera man is better than atro titan telescope

Sorry But improved titan telescope IS OP He is S+ he Cann hard mode solo till wave 50+
He also has the most durability in the game along with having an ability with on par or more dps than crewmate titan

Nah ultra titan tesla is better then ultra titan sawblade.Titan sawblade have more hp but doesn't do much damage

The good part is that he can time stop and reverse time when everyone is dead
