Great video as always! Btw can you tell us how many Grams is it approximately on a teaspoon of instant coffee? Usually I use Nescafé Classic and for me the recipe for one shot of Espresso using Instant is 3gr of Nescafé Classic and 30gr of Water. Thank you!

Lovely as usual! Anw, which syrup brand do you prefer using when it comes to "fruity flavoured drinks"? Ive been trying to make strawberry, blueberry, etc milk tea but cant find out which brand that complements the drink perfectly.

I prefer local brands. I use Longbeach. Monin is good for fruit puree. Hope these help
