The 2DMV is really good which I think makes the 3DMV look even worse in comparison? My opinion is that it’s the worst anniversary 3DMV for being too messy, like it’s colorful but there is such a thing as being too colorful! The background completely overwhelms the characters visually! I think even a simple change like having Shibuya be more bland and colorless in the beginning and then transforming and turning vibrant in the end would make a huge difference
