Dude, that was a Sears Kenmore sewing machine (1969 or so) and I've got one just like it beside me! Works great still and I use it to hem my pants and repair Levis jeans (yes I'm a guy too Ha).
I started security work at 19 doing sane stuff for 38 years never was Kate did a marina security job and they couldn't get anyone else to work so I pulled 3 days and 4 hours straight till a fisherman came in with no fish I told him he could take over for me so I could get some sleep he did I was glad
Do they swear I don't know what you're out there for I did the same thing when I hit the bottom and I would scavenge everything I could get off the street for resale I used to have a mower guy refrigerator guy weed wacker guy and every other guy you could think of to buy certain items and I made it out of that situation and now I work for a guy who does house clean out to business cleanouts I stay at home and do online sales and the reason I'm here is because of my networking skills my partner recognized it and sought me out now I live a pretty happy life
