This is my first attempt at growing Snake beans and the vines are at the top of the trellis with many side shoots but no flowers yet. Thanks for the advise to prune the tops and long side shoots. Hopefully I get plenty of flowers and beans.

Loving your channel. I’m in the Philippines so similar climate. Can these beans be grown over an arch? Reason I ask is that I copied your trellis idea but with overhead cross beams and growing grapes, gourds and passion fruit that grow up and then over. It’d be good if there were easy to pick beans hanging down in the tunnel too. Thanks
I grow mine in an arch trellis, the beans do look good hanging. I have a 30 feet of tunnel made out of fencing wire. I plant bittermelon next to the beans
seriously, ive watched her videos a few times each and still cant tell. How do you know which vine is main vine when 2 split from main?! One is thicker but the other is longer...which is main!?

If so, I'm very interested to know how you protect your vegetables. I have a lot of wildlife that help themselves to my garden, and I get so frustrated and discouraged sometimes. Last year, I only got one single tomato all summer long, I think thanks to a possum or raccoon. This year, rabbits have already eaten all my Ice Queen lettuce seedlings, and they're starting on my tiny beet and turnip leaves. I've replanted the lettuce, and I'm trying very hard to come up with an inexpensive solution as quickly as possible. Any advice you can offer will be greatly appreciated. I can tell you are an absolute expert! The birds I hear in the video sound nothing at all like the birds in my area. What part of the world do you call home? It sounds tropical, to me. Thank you so very much! 💜
