In the contest that “Australia ma baada majcha” .First you need to know nothing is easy although i see more than 80% of student are working in a kitchen yes, most of them are dishwashers but if you look up to 10 years later then off course more than 50% hotels will be organising by your Nepalese friends making +100k dollar a year. Nepali in general think Bhada Majna is Mum's work or housekeeper work and paisa kamaunay is Dad work and kids work is to enjoy and be very dependent on their parents.
Regardless of Kitchen hand become restaurant manager or not but he is doing a job atleast and somewhere in Developing country mentality is China India or US will give donation and thet will be developed.
