I suggest Miss Stephanie Aaron Trentham is extremely good on that. She is really good on what she does, Now I can pay so many bills because of her help.
Doug for younger clients do you start the policy with increasing and then leveled? Also do you include part of the death benefit in a term or all death benefit under the IUL?
I’m a major proponent of IUL, but it’s also good to have diversity in what we call the 4 Buckets of Income. 1. Investment income - your stocks, bonds, traditional retirement accounts all taxed as earned or tax deferred 2. Passive income - your real estate or businesses that can pay out passive dividends taxed as passive income and doesn’t require your time. 3. Guaranteed income - annuities, pensions, social security, etc. Have a steady stream of cash always coming in. 4. Tax free income - IUL and Roth accounts. I like to put 40-60% in the tax free bucket.
I hear all of the explaining, but what are the ANNUAL FEES? Is it more than $0.30 per $1,000 of cash value? If the answer is 'Yes', then no thanks! I'll stick with VOO!
The IUL is the most advantageous financial vehicle on the market! Thank you for your wisdom 🙏
Please don’t stop educating, I am shooting to open a financial literacy program in Hilo, Hawaii one day. This information is pivotal

From what I’ve learned you can start with increasing then switch to level
