Ah Mansfield Park!!! It's not my favorite Austen either, but on my recent re-read, I really appreciated more than I did before. I really love Fanny as a character, she's so strong in the ways that really count!
😂yay! I was hoping you'd put in a studio c puritan clip when you talked about the buddy read!!! I almost spit out my coke😂Also love the lobster bisque james!❤You do such a good job of giving a description about the book like what it's about. I feel like i'm too excited when i talk about the Timeless series and i'm all over the place😂Fantastic video!!🎉
I picked a REALLY good day to get online 😊 ❤ The: "Yeah. That's what happened here." For I Am the Weapon made me feel like you just walked away from the yellow tape at a crime scene or burned down building 🤣🤣🤣 It really is sad that there's such content in teen books, though 😢 I never know what to do with those books I don't want any living soul to suffer 😅 Everything you said about Chuck Black 🥹... I LOVE biblical allegory! I want to read it! And I agree with the GIF about Fanny 😂 I loved this! ❤ I'm so happy to be here tonight 🥰
Really cool to hear you talk about Chuck Black's Star Lore series, I recently discovered his series a couple months ago but haven't gotten around to reading it yet. I love sci-fi fantasy allegory and am in the middle of writing my own series. Curious when you go to a book store or library and you read a book blurb, what types of book blurbs make you go, "Oh, I want to read that!" and what type of book blurbs make you go, "Nope, not my type of book."
While Fanny Price is not like most of Austen's heroines, I absolutely adore her. Some people say that she's too weak, but given the environment she grew up in and how she was treated, I think that she's just great at picking her battles. She shows that she can stand her ground when she feels it is necessary. She has such a beautiful, quiet strength. I will say, I have yet to find a movie that does the book any justice.
Just recycle that book, then at least it can be made into more paper and do some good that way. That animated scene where the guy smacks the waaayyy too friendly girl cracked me up. 🤣🤣🤣 Ooo, I’m excited about Escaping Pirates too!!!! It sounds SOOOO good!! Great wrap up as always! 👍
It is so funny how we all see things differently. I thoroughly enjoyed A Winter’s Maiden. It was, however, my first book by Morgan L. Busse so maybe i liked it so much because I have nothing else to compare it to.
I've used Yarn.io in the past but the site hasn't worked for me for the past few months so I soley get clips from TH-cam now using the 4k Downloader app
Celestria My Dear TH-cam Friend I have not read any of the books you reviewed. So I can only say that I have been reading Christmas books lately. I found a neat Home for Christmas romance by Courtney Cole. A young woman in Alaska takes a trip back in time and meets her grandmother as a girl of similar age. She also meets a young man and complains that there are no such real men in modern times.
01:26 my reaction exactly 😳😬

❤ Mansfield Park❤ I dnf'ed Lily Temple, which I sad because it was my first Politano book. 😢

Which book do you like best out of Mechams Neverland series...so far
I loved betraying Korth! It’s pretty close with becoming hook for me 🤭
I think Hunting Sirens might be my fave ❤️
Date with danger intrigued me cause everyone’s been comparing it to the show psych, did it give you those vibes?🤔
You always have the best clips. Where do you find your clips? I have found one site but I’m not sure I like it.

Goodwill books are so risky
Making sexual jokes to the man?? Not very demure, not very mindful
