The band has been around for 20 years almost and they do their own publishing under 10969 now, so they've definitely MADE it. They even do production work with other bands as well, so as far as production quality / setups / mastering, this is likely 100% Tomoya / OOR / 10969.
I think it’s their professional studio. I often see clips of them recording in one particular studio as I have seen in behind the scenes and the making videos in their channel.
