I say this all the time but I'll say it again...just before people are about to be released whether on bond or after a sentence they should be required to watch their tape that led to their arrest and how bad their attitude is and how badly they fail to listen to instructions. They need to see how they think they are thinking clearly when they are a complete mess and just before their release is the most sober moment they probably have had in hours, days, months, or years depending on their stay. But I feel like it would have a real impact on some people to see how far out there they really were when they thought they were ok. In their mind they will remember it differently if they remember at all.

I’ve known far too many people like this throughout the course of my 47 years on this planet. Lol There are A LOT of Karens and Kevins running around out here lately. Sadly I am even related to some. The deputy hops in the truck, puts his seat belt on and begins driving immediately. He didn't touch any AC knobs or start the engine aka they were already running.
They were also interviewing people to find out the full story and waiting on the emts to arrive.
