After watching all the nuzlockes you did in Sword and Shield, I'm seriously considering buying the games, but which one? both versions seem fun to play! Great job on this nuzlocke, as always. Hope you do another one with these games.

Fun Fact: The Assault Vest Item that Calem was holding forces the holder to only use damaging moves and OHKO moves along with boosting their special defense, which is why Calem never used any setup moves once they get the Assault Vest.
Hop's team can't be that bad, Cinderace, Corviknight and Cramorant were my main playthrough team and I did my own playthrough of Sword with a single Dubwool (final moves were: Cotton Guard + Body Press + Swords Dance + Body Slam) and it surprised me how easily I could just straight up murder any Pokémon. Hop is just a bad trainer.

If you can bait out Hop’s starter in the earlier in the Players Cup match, and take it out, instead, he’ll Dynamax his last Pokémon, usually Corviknight. I believe it happened for me when he had Inteleon use either Ice Beam or Dark Pulse. If you invite him to take place in the tournament after becoming champion, but before any of the postgame and DLC stuff, I believe that his Corviknight can G-max, and he’ll choose to do this over his starter, if I remember correctly. It’s honestly been a while since I’ve replayed theses games.
As shit as Hop is at fighting, he’s still the best rival in terms of story cause he at least gets an arc. That’s more than you can say for most of the popular rivals.
The only question I am asking my self during the last quest to get Zamazenta or Zacian.. Where do the seeds from "Max Flora" come from when Dynamax Tsareena uses it.. cuz it looks like it comes out her well....... "Private Part"
Seeing just Body Press being used multiple times is quite lame ngl, i love to see what strategies weird teams can make, not just seeing Body Press most of the time.

I actually liked Hop and one of my favorite things about him, is how random his team was. He had a Heatmor which I have never seen anyone use
