Is swapping exhaust out as easy as it seems?
for the most part yes, taking off the hangers can get a little difficult, and reinstalling the new exhaust can also be a little difficult especially if you do it yourself but it is manageable
I wanna put this on my 21 auto hatch sport but I’m not too sure if it’ll ruin the warranty or anything like that
Just do it. If you need to go in the dealer for any warranty work, just switch back the exhaust to stock before u go

Can this exhaust be compatible with the civic sport sedans?
they make it for the si sedan as well. I think all the exhausts are compatible but the hangers may be in different locations depending on the body style of civic.

Yeah it still has both stock down pipe and front pipe

so fingerprints don't get baked on the exhaust when it heats up because then they wont come off

No irreversible changes it all just bolts on

hey bro first excuse my bad english, but this does not make the car lose the warranty of the dealer? I have an ex civic hatchback and I would like to change the entire exhaust pipe, I don't know if I could do it or I would have to wait a while. Thank you .
it should not void the warranty since its not a direct engine modification and it doesn't change how the car works... but I would look into what type of exhaust would work....I think the civic EX and LX have a different exhaust setup and a different rear bumper.

the dealer wont know. if you have any problems with the car, put the stock exhaust back on before you drive over to the dealer
@@juanpernia172 the diffuser you can get at Honda parts wholesale...even eBay as a long as the part numbers match and the description states it’s authentic...as far as exhaust I’m not to sure the ex and lx have a completely different setup than the sports do....you could take it to a muffler shop and just have them delete the muffler and it will make the car a little louder

Hey bro, how much did you buy for this kit? I checked out the same item from greddy for 500 dollars but I am worry that it doesn't comes with those pipe things and the resonator part since it says "Honda (FK7) Civic Sport HB 3" DD-R Muffler Section w/ SUS Tips for Supreme SP Exhaust", does it mean that it only has the exhaust tip part? Appreciate bro
It was like 830ish...so yeah the one you’re looking at is if you already have the full SP exhaust you could remove the muffler section and swap it out with the dd-r section...so it’s not the full exhaust
Do you remember if it can't with 3 bolts that bolt to the front pipe? Or did you use the 3 oem bolts to put the new exhaust to the front pipe?
yeah used the stock nuts connecting the oem pipe to the new greddy exhaust

not the exhaust but the lip yess i have angle it in driveways and most store locations or it scrapes

no problems just loud and kinda drones a lot lol

no its a straight through exhaust no resonator, the car has a turbo down pipe, front pipe, and a greddy ddr @@LynnDisclose

He hasn't answered, so I will, if you're talking about fluids coming out of your exhaust, that's not gas, that's just condensation. It's normal
Thx for the reply. I would say gaZ leak between the 2 last part of the exhaust. The joint isn't 100% impervious.

It shouldn’t void the power terrain because it doesn’t really change how the engine works...I think bolt on mods that increase HP would probably void it though....tunning would for sure void the warranty lol

yeah its just the exhaust from the cat back it doesnt change smog components.

You get used to it as far as loudness...some ppl worry about it being too loud but I kinda want to make the car louder....I haven’t had any issues it does drone a little at about 60mph on the freeway
