Thanks dude! Worked like a charm on my Galaxy S9 (Android 10, UI ver 2.5).
Previously tried wiping phone to factory a few different ways, but the Knox Cloud Service that was installed by a former employer kept preventing me from being able to setup the phone and use it for the current work that I do. Was about to buy a new phone, but then I stumbled across your video. I really like the size of the S9 and it's plenty capable for my needs at the moment. You just saved me a bunch of headache & money. Thanks again!

It actually worked. And it worked really good. The only issue I've discovered afterwards is I can't run updates. It will download them but when it reboots it'll crash at 25%. No biggie though. I can live with Android 11
