Loved this video! Liked Huntington Point a lot. Would like for you to do Boynton Beach and show Coral Lakes (a must) and Indian Spring.
Thanks… great way to show these communities to people in other states who plan on moving to the area.

I have plans to work on Boynton Beach next, thanks for watching and please share my channel with anyone else you think might want to live here and needs a realtor.

Hey Paul, Really appreciate this type of video on the 55+ communities in Delray Beach!!! I would love to see more videos on the 55+ communities in Palm Beach County including West Boca Raton & Boynton Beach. Just wondering what do you think about High Point in Delray Beach & Century City in West Boca Raton?

I have to apologize. I made a mistake when I said the Seagate was the only 55+ high rise in East Delray there's actually 3 buildings but I didn't realize the other two were 55 and older.

Thanks, I really appreciate the updates. I try to make sure I have the right info by checking listings in my MLS but I guess the one looked at had bad info.

Although Kings Point doesn’t allow pets, you can have a service animal or emotional support dog when you have professional documentation that is updated each year. All condos anywhere in US must allow these types of animals under current law.

I just picked 5 that I have been to in the past and some of my clients had bought or sold in. Lots of great places for 55+ in Delray
