First, there are books you automatically think about in these categories, so you may have already read some/all of them but we never know : - the series "Uglies" written by Scott Westerfeld - "1984", George Orwell - "Dracula", Bram Stoker - "Address unknown", Kressmann Taylor - "Eragon", Christopher Paolini - "Ruby Red Triology", Kerstin Gier - the series "Spook's", Joseph Delaney - I don’t know if you know the famous Canadian author Anne Robillard but she writes and wrote really great fantasy series such as "Knights of Emerald", "A.N.G.E.L" and "Alexanne’s Wings". I highly recommend you all of them ! Now let's move on books that you may not have read. As I'm French I would like to recommend you some French books, I hope that you'll be able to find them : - "Froth on the Daydream" written by Boris Vian. Vian is a really famous French author, who had a really special way to write as he was part of the surrealist movement. It's one of my favourite book and it's a classic - "Journey to the Center of the Earth", an other classic French book, written by the visionary Jules Verne - "The Mirror Visitor", Christelle Dabos. It's a famous French fantastic series, that I haven't read but I heard really great things about it - "Ewilan's quest", Pierre Bottero, an other classic series, that I really like And at last, I don’t know if you like and read manga series but I wanted to recommend you these : - "The Promised Neverland" written by Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demizu - "Pandora Hearts" and "The Case Study of Vanitas" written by Jun Mochizuki I'm definitely not a specialist for psychological fiction, gothics and mysteries but I tried my best ! I tried to recommend you different styles of books for different age groups.
