Both Icy and Heat sets are good. Heat set good for your char cause its dealing xtra skill % dmg on your opponent. and the Icy set is good for you also cause you slower the opponent attack or his/her %dmg. it depends on other builds or you plays in pvp. 😁

Its ok to build debuff for archer?
Right now it feels “ok” because of the 1 second cooldown on debuff. Maybe in the future when the 1 second cooldown is removed it will be better.
