I remember downloading this mod back in 2010 and I couldn’t for the life of me remember it. I thought the map was cool especially the underground sewer stuff and all the interiors. I’ve always believed gta 3 has the most modding potential out of any gta game.

Like for the fact that that same police cruiser was discontinued in 96

​@@staplegun3703Maybe irl it was but in LCS there was a different police car and that took place 3 years before, that car was discontinued while the one you're talking about just started being in use around that time.
