@@alexhennigh5242 funny he would be, but if you actually break down the numbers Kobe should not (for clutch anyway) he has more clutch shots made, but his percentage in making those shots are pretty low. If I remember correctly in terms of buzzer beater shots Kobe was like 25% which was really low compared to other greats in clutch situations... was he afraid to take them? Nope... did he always make them.... nope definitely not... numbers don’t lie...

Right. And Superman and Batman, they are not always best friends too. Yet when it comes to safe the earth, the two superheroes work like magic.
Superman was born with the power. He doesn't have to train nor think as hard as Batman. Batman is a super strong man, yet he is just human. He needs to train hard, think hard, prepare everything perfectly to be one of the best superheroes among god like aliens or meta humans.

I'll be honest. The theme song for your G.O.A.T. series made it iconic. Like, the music starts playing and you start the spiel, and I'm so in. I've accidentally rewatched like half the videos from your original series because I was so drawn in. It was a perfect intro.
The intro for this one doesn't quite grab me the same way unfortunately. Just shows how effective the little things are!
Regardless, another awesome video (aside from the intro music, which wasn't bad, just not iconic) with in depth opinion and analysis. I'm so happy you exist!

Clayton, I hope you include chipless teams, like the 04 suns, 16 Warriors although you may do 17, 93 suns and 07 mavs, my argument is realistically that the 07’ patriots are known as the best team of modern nfl history and my giants beat them, a championship isn’t the final signifier of greatness, with the 04 suns, they had so many great players and concepts it would be a shame to watch it go unseen.

I know your wondering Clayton's specific thoughts on it, but if I may chime in. I think one reason could be that Kareem was a bit older by the time he played with Magic. He was still a dominant player, but he was 32 by the time Magic was drafted. His prime was in the 70's in Milwaukie and those first years with the Lakers. Kobe and Shaq just played more of their prime years together.
