Jimin at age 11-12 studied, performed, & competed (winning every competition) in hip hop, popping, & street dancing attending the renowned Busan Just Dance Academy, while also going to middle school. Jimin, quite athletic into sports, joined the football team, excelled in track, awesome basketball player, great at billiards as well! Jimin then started studying, then performing contemporary dance. The media even called Jimin "The rising star of Busan" after seeing Jimin perform at a Busan huge festival concert! Jimin also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance, attending the Busan High School of the Performing Arts, Jimin even received an offer to dance overseas, but turned it down, because he also wanted to be a singer, to the dismay of one of Jimin's dance instructors, who said that "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist". Jimin was interested in also becoming a singer since the 2nd grade! So he auditioned for BigHit Enterprises and was accepted. Jimin also, for 8 yrs, since a little boy, trained in various forms (4) of martial arts, achieving a Blackbelt in Taekwondo, Hapkido, Kumdo, (Korean form of Kendo), & Chinese martial arts. Jimin even recieved a scholarship (the only one) to go to china yo study more extensively. Jimin has found a way to incorporate all his extensive dance styles as well as his martial arts training into his unique so amazing dance style. Those extensive yrs training in martial arts has given him his phenomenally amazing inner core strength as well as his equally amazing flexibility to be able to do all those gravity defying dance moves that many professional dancers aren't able to do!! Jimin is known as the 'rookie bible' because so many idols try to emulate & copy all Jimin's amazing moves, his vocal abilities as well as his so outstanding stage presence, which is why he's also referred to as 'stage master'! Jimin has also been awarded the honor of winning the title of Best Kpop Idol dance for two yrs in a row, as well as winning the title of King of Kpop last yr!! Jimin at age 11-12 studied, performed, & competed (winning every competition) in hip hop, popping, & street dancing attending the renowned Busan Just Dance Academy, while also going to middle school. Jimin, quite athletic into sports, joined the football team, excelled in track, awesome basketball player, great at billiards as well! Jimin then started studying, then performing contemporary dance. The media even called Jimin "The rising star of Busan" after seeing Jimin perform at a Busan huge festival concert! Jimin also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance, attending the Busan High School of the Performing Arts, Jimin even received an offer to dance overseas, but turned it down, because he also wanted to be a singer, to the dismay of one of Jimin's dance instructors, who said that "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist". Jimin was interested in also becoming a singer since the 2nd grade! So he auditioned for BigHit Enterprises and was accepted.
Jimin also, for 8 yrs, since a little boy, trained in various forms (4) of martial arts, achieving a Blackbelt in Taekwondo, Hapkido, Kumdo, (Korean form of Kendo), & Chinese martial arts. Jimin even recieved a scholarship (the only one) to go to china yo study more extensively. Jimin has found a way to incorporate all his extensive dance styles as well as his martial arts training into his unique so amazing dance style. Those extensive yrs training in martial arts has given him his phenomenally amazing inner core strength as well as his equally amazing flexibility to be able to do all those gravity defying dance moves that many professional dancers aren't able to do!! Jimin is known as the 'rookie bible' because so many idols try to emulate & copy all Jimin's amazing moves, his vocal abilities as well as his so outstanding stage presence, which is why he's also referred to as 'stage master'! Jimin has also been awarded the honor of winning the title of Best Kpop Idol dance for two yrs in a row, as well as winning the title of King of Kpop last yr!! Jimin has achieved so much breaking so many records! But I'll stop here!! Haha!
