Was more mental for me. If I consciously think "I'll be weaker today because I beat off" it'll affect me. If I don't even think about it it has 0 effect on my training. Similar to the placebo effect

Deadass I did the personal deed inside a 2 hour window before my workout, idk why, I guess I was a weak man that day one way or another (1 day ago when this was posted ) and even after using pre-workout and pump powder I was weak and nauseous, jittery and sore as shit, and this is after a streak of good workouts and planned meals day after day for about almost a week and half maybe 2. I ended up pushing through the workout but I definitely performed and felt way weaker than I would have if I didn't choke the chicken.
Never did it before but when I used to do it after, physically I was fine but mentally it was always a 50/50. One day it will feel good and one day I feel like shit
