    "De-extinction" is probably not a good idea. You gotta be awfully vain to think humans should be making Mother Nature decisions. We are no different than any other creature on earth. A lot of you don't believe that but it's true.

      Sure sure, but how silly are you for thinking mother nature makes decisions. It's literally called nature, as in, an organic process of events.
      Nature didnt give us internet, we did that. Nature didnt create medicine, we did that (No, plants are not medicine, nature made plants, and we put the right ones together to create medicine.).
      Sure i'm all for not playing God, but lets not act like leaving things to Nature is the proper course of action. If that were true, you wouldn't take medicine, vaccinate your kids, or take part in any activity that isnt specifically born in nature. unless you're living a mud hut, I dont think you can really talk about how human kind shouldn't take advantage of their consciousness and intelligence.

    There are groups of mammoths who were found in a box of ice, all standing, in Siberia. A story about them is in the movie The day after tomorrow (2004). What happened was they were found standing, and they had green grass in their stomach, meaning they all died suddenly and froze to death even before being able to react. When they died, their surroundings were not cold, hence the green grass in their stomach. The mystery is how the great flood type of water was able to surround them so quickly, and how it also froze so quickly, killing them while standing still. The only possible explanation is the polar shift, that is currently set to occur in our lifetime.

    • @dylancoates783
      @dylancoates783 3 ปีที่แล้ว +24

      As our galaxy drifts through the galactic current sheet, all manner of bad things happen. Pole shift, global temp increase, followed by a sudden ice age. After the sun micro novas that is. The mammoths happened to be at the wrong place at the right time. I always have a beer and a big mac close by just in case. If I'm flash frozen I want folks to dig me up in 10000 years and think I was royalty because I was buried with a golden elixir and food made from garbage.

    • @rogerwoods5082
      @rogerwoods5082 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, there is another Biblical explanation that makes a lot more sense & gives a much more detailed explanation & is a lot more believable with actual global proof! For example, what supposedly happened to cause the earth's axis to severely shift enough to cause your supposed global ""ice age? It would have to be something very drastic & devastating & what caused your supposed global ice age to end, another shift in the earth's axis? there are just way too many unanswerable questions that go along with your polar or severe shift of the earth's axis! I can give you a much more detailed omniscient Biblical explanation with global poof if you like!
      Why are there so many foolish gullible people in the world who are so easily deceived & misled & would believe almost anything???

    • @VG-rj8pn

      And it's probably true that Antarctica will melt down. It's just a natural phase in the natural world. For all I know, parts of the world was covered in ice (ice age) and then melted because the earth's tempature rose and cycle constantly reciprocated over millinia. And WHO won't tell us if this century is gonna bring that back to us. Just a little food for thought.

      @yagmurtasdemir2583 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@margaretcommon6634 it's not uncommon for uneducated people to come here and type whatever but for other people to like that comment as a sign of agreement is rather bs. what you label as 'satanism' now is far from the purpose as to why those people or many other tribal or even pagan cultures did many years ago(!) while sacrificing people and animals, even if those consisted of children. it's literally bold of you to assume and project modern morals on ancient cultures. they probably did their sacrifices for prosperity and health of their community in order to survive harsh conditions. that is to say I am not disregarding the fact that there are and were people who perform satanist rituals in the way you understand, it's pretty much another case when it comes to different beliefs and practices that are from different times. however, from an academical point of view you can analyze and interpret anything, be it contemporary or historical, from different critical theories such as feminist, humanist or religious criticism, you just have to be considerate of the background information before you (again) project your modern and civil values :)

Not to mention the opportunity to see how life evolves from almost nothing on an otherwise barren newly thawed untouched piece of earth. The things we will witness over the next few hundred years of melt and evolution are inspiring to say the least. A truly wonderous time in history to be alive. Gigantopithecus is thought to have gone extinct 35,000 years ago, but there have been soldiers in the jungles of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia who claim to have seen them. Indigenous peoples called it the red man of the forest.
