    Thanks Jen! We recently moved into a rental home after selling our house and I'm finding the smaller bathroom storage spaces very challenging to work with... You gave me some great ideas and now I'm motivated to get busy right now. Thanks again!

    I live in a two room apartment and it can become quite cluttered at times especially when I get sick and I don't feel up to doing much putting up, cleaning, and organizing.My go to method is to have a couple of big boxes easily accessible to use to throw clutter in, use laundry baskets and other style baskets in to use for gathering up laundry and small items and loose papers&/or mail.I go through it a little each day until I have everything put away properly.

    Many people that have the nicer electric toothbrushes use the same one, and just have individual heads that they switch out. I noticed he had one in his drawer. That's what my parents do with their Sonicare. :)

    There is a reason 3M Command products such as the sticky backs or the hook ones are soo pricey is because they work. They adhere to stuff but don't leave sticky residue. I got canvas art things in my room from Dollar store & it kept falling off the all cuz poor adhesive. Using 3M sticky backs they stayed on so well but the the whole pack of those sticky things (I needed 4 which is = to 1 pack) costed me more than the canvas itself. Sorry for the rambling... just wanted to give you some insite :)

    I have... with the Christmas stuff in stores I decided this year was the year to organise the Christmas cupboard. I purchased a large clear container on wheels, a Christmas wrapping organiser, wreath storage thing, Christmas tree storage bag on wheels & a fantastic ornament storage box. It all matches and my older brother stopped by as the cupboard was still open and he just blurted out "oh wow!" - it was just so out of his character. My sister-in-law is now organising her Christmas stuff :D

After watching so many of your videos and seeing how great the storage boxes are, I decided to order a selection of the different sizes. I had the same problem with my shower caddy thing in the shower ( little space) So I took a hook on the opposite side the wall with nothing on it and got another caddy so all the extra products or larger products can be put on that side. Does that make sense?? Thanks for the video, I love how happy you always are.

  • @Jennaye17
    @Jennaye17 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    I know this video was put up a while ago, but I thought I would let you know that instead of drilling into the tile in your shower, you could use command hooks (they have certain ones specifically for showers) to mount an extra shower rack or you could use them to hook up shower shelves found at target. I had to do this at my house because I am renting. Hope that helps!!!

    I store my clarisonic handy in the drawer and the charger in our cabinet. I only need to charge it one a month so I hate leaving it set out all the time and look messy. You could try that :)

  • @CraftingMom64
    @CraftingMom64 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    With all of these new electric devices....toothbrushes, Clarisonics, etc I think that an electrical outlet (quad or strip) installed inside the cabinet part would be great. Or if they could make one able to handle a deep drawer opening and closing somehow.....hmmmmm Alot of people don't like to keep stuff on top of the counters. Might keep things cleaner also. Just a thought. I just love your videos.

  • @itsmeamanda01
    @itsmeamanda01 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Did you know the clarisonic and toothbrush keep their charge for over a week! I keep mine in a drawer in a container similar to the ones you just purchased and just pull out the chargers every Sunday to charge them for the week.. Might not work in your holiday bathroom as its smaller but might be an idea for your "home" home

  • @SLPtoMD

    I wonder if you could find like a medicine cabinet or something of that nature to sit on the counter and put your plug-in things in there. You can cut a hole in the back for the cords to feed out of, and sit the cabinet in front of the outlet so you don't see any of the cords :) And is it maybe possible to get one of the same shower corner caddy things you have at home? If not to put on the ledge where things are now, then to put it in the front corner of the shower on the floor? Love ya!!

  • @jj91905
    @jj91905 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    You should get a door hanger for coats and put it over your shower like you did your bath mat, then hang a shower caddy on a hook of the door hanger. Or something along those lines, I'm not too sure if the make something like that for edges that are bigger than a door edge!

    I love her attitude. When she saw that Don didn't have any soap left she was like "Oh, Looks like I should replace that for him." But I probably would of said "He should probably get some more soap..." lol I've noticed she does that with a lot of things for him... whereas for me, that would've probably never occurred to me to do that for anybody. I guess it's my only child syndrome. lol

    that is true. i didnt think about that part. i've never had issues with the sticky stuff not coming off. but i know if you dont pull correctly it can pull drywall off. but its better to be safe then sorry. considering 3M states they cant be held responsible for any damage.
