Im finding that temporal reign is really helpful in early game one on one in exp lane. The skill cd reduction takes many people by surprise. Although bane is definitely weak early game in exp, if he uses his ult he has a chance to win the fight and from there its easy to snowball to late game.

Sky piercer and that little passiv buff makes physical bane more powerfull, its good to see some small changes on him
