opened up my cabin after a few years and and found my sesern trail camera, no manual so how do you turn this on? the three position switch has no ID of what each position does, It has never been used and appears dead from lack of use, can it be brought back to life or do I need a new battery pack and where would i get one, how do I take this thing apart? right now it is plugged into the charger with no apparent life.

@@stanleymoye4294 mine takes double a lithium batteries. I really can’t remember the switch but mine has a couple to select from that turns it on. Mine is not rechargeable. Sounds like you have a different model.

How do you connect to a pc to copy files from camera to pc?

They have a micro sd card. I use a card reader and hook up to my pc. You can also upload them directly to your phone through a adapter they make to read micro sd cards on your phone. Very easy to do. Sorry for the delayed response!

It comes with a mini USB adapter cord. One end goes into bottom of the camera (when open) and other end goes to your PC USB port.

Does anyone know how to reset the password on a Sesern M1 Mini Trail Camera?

Are you still happy with the camera? Does it have a fast-forward (2x & 4x) during playback? I take 1 minute videos, but like to scan them in the field for anything obvious, but not many cameras seem to program their firmware that way. Does it work ok with high quality rechargeable batteries? (eg Eneloop Pro)

I do not believe it has the fast-forward mode. When I have took videos, I set mine at short time frames. I have been using energizer lithium batteries. They usually last me all year. For the price value, it is a pretty good camera. I would definitely get more for the value. Thanks for watching!

@@merrickmcclure6058 Thanks for the feedback. Let me know if you have any other recommendations around the same price point and feature list. This is on my current short list along with WiMiUS H7 and Campark T45A (2020 model). I like some of the Victure cameras (I have the HC300 & HC500) and I'm working with them to get the balance and price-point right for my needs. They'll have some upgrades out in 2021. It's a crowded market, so hopefully there will be some good refinements coming in 2021 to help some brands stand out in the crowd.
