- In this video, we are trimming a brisket. Look it can be intimidating because its a huge piece of meat. It is honestly not that bad, so its honestly a learning experience. But once you can get familiar with the meat, it gets really easy. I hope you learn from some of the experiences I have learned.

My First one came out great watching these videos, doing my second tomorrow, how do you stop pooling of liquid on top to get that good bark?
tilt it to the side to let the water or fat fall off
I watch your videos as soon as i get notified...your a great cook. Keep up the fantastic work. Where are you located?
Thank you J Lo, I appreciate that. I live in Imperial County, on the southern Border of Mexico and Arizona. Stay safe, these are some crazy times.
You still going live Saturday?
Not this weekend Michael, we were in dire need of buying a new car. I spent half the day at the dealership. I will schedule one soon, it will show in the feed when I do.
What was the pound on that brisket
That one was about 21lbs, I only cook 18lbs plus. I get better results from bigger briskets.
Thank you my hubby gonna try it we never did brisket this was very helpful thanks for sharing we were both drooling watching this 😆
