Aww 🥰 brings back memories when I was a teenager, they were so young and beautiful, I wish Shannen came back for the finale, having all 4 sisters would’ve been phenomenal.
I feel like it’s never been a better time for all three ladies to do a reunion special sit-down “episode,” set their differences aside, talk it out, and let bygones be bygones. But and especially now that Shannen is facing a life-threatening illness and seems to reflect back on her life. These ladies need to realize that the fans love all three of them so much, and they were all instrumental in making Charmed as special as it was.

Take Buffy for instance, there are people who have outed the director/producer/guy in charge for his misbehaviour on set etc. it matters. The truth matters and to say it taints a show comes across as really hurtful to the people involved and quite childish. You need to separate the art from the artist.

All 3 started filming the series in a good spirit. The rest was simply life/work, I quess, because no one can really tell us what was really happening on the set, you have to be like social anthropologist - insider to really know and weigh things.. There isn't concrete evidence for each side being the only culprit.
Except the producer came out saying Alyssa wasn’t the problem. So there is some receipts out there but no body wants to fuel this fire that the 3 bullies won’t let go.

Id love a special where all 4 were sat down at a table and forced to clear the air. The British band Steps did it in 2010, after splitting in 2001: All 5 band memebers sat and cleared the air and had it ALL OUT. They reformed after and are still going 14 years later. People grow. These women were in their 20s here. Now theyre in their 50s. I bet itd do them good to talk

It’s mostly Alyssa. Holly, Shannen, and Rose all hang out and consider each other family. Alyssa is no longer close to either of them, she used to have a friendship with Holly but I don’t know what happened to that.
Izikmoreno. Yes. I think some of the friendship between Alyssa and Holly was an attempt of Alyssa to negatively impact Holly’s friendship with Shannen. Alyssa and her mom prevented Shannen from seeing Holly in the hospital and poor Holly couldn’t understand why Shannen didn’t visit her. Shannen went home and cried many a night anbout this stuff apparently. It’s sad. Shannen has had some really meannngful and enduring friendships like her bond with Sarah Michelle Gellar. I’m glad Shannen and Holly are bff’s again.
If they could have only seen into the future and how they have drifted apart. It is so sad, each one of them was so talented, creative and gorgeous they really could have made the series even better if they could have stayed together. Rose McGowan was also very talented and if another reboot came up, they should have each one of them back somehow. Because the original was way better and more relatable than the reboot.
Nah! Alyssa, Shannen and Holy were perfect imo. I stopped watching after Shannen left because Rose didn't seem to fit, something was off...years later she admitted that she did not like her job and it makes total sense.

You can't blame everything on Alyssa. For the longest time alot of people blamed Shannon and it wasn't like it was the first time. We weren't there, We don't know what happened between the 3 of them. Misslanapaulford. I agree that it was so long ago. But in the past few weeks Holly confirmed that Alyssa got Shannen fired by threatening to sue. The show had no intent on getting rid of Shannen. Alyssa has also admitted that she regrets her role in what happened. Alyssa wishes she was more confident back the. and viewed Shannen as a sister and not competition. It was a truly low thing to do. Shannen was all business and treated the show as such. She was extremely dedicated and started directing episodes. Alyssa didn’t apply the same passion and became quite negative. Rose McGowan said Alyssa made the set toxic af and she kept wishing the show would get cancelled so she didn’t have to work with her anymore. Holly has also said she never recalls anything Shannen ever did that would warrant Alyssa “documenting stories” and dotting her I’s and crossing her t’s to oust Shannen. The other members of the cast were shocked and very disappointed over Shannen leaving. She was well respected by everyone on charmed. You don’t undermine your peers….just sad. Even Alyssa’s book title, Sorry, Not Sorry says it all. I wish all 3 leads stayed happy. Alyssa must have been SO insecure in Shannen’s shadows.

Shannen's "difficulty" kept the show good. She demanded the best from writers, directors, and cast. In the 90s this was enough to label women difficult. And the show quality did nosedive after she left.

I think everything was fine in season 1 but as time went on and life got more stressful they kind of took it out on each other, plus I heard the studio didn’t treat them well so that can also be a factor in the animosity.

Growing up i am 31 this show was my world i loved this amazing show sooo much i was severly bullied in high school for being trans and i wanted was my sex change op and i uses to watch it and wish i was one of them and had the book of shadows to get my op be who i wanted to be and i have always been obsessed with mermaids and witches i love the craft aswell But just the set location san fran the painted lady house ,grams..the sister bond just amazing One of my fav episodes is thw one when the girls go back in time wnd meet there mum I am so sad about how Fractured there reletionship is i love rose she is kick ass I just dont like that aylssa made shanon feel other than she was not allowed to approch alyssa to voice concerns and hash out any problams as she had some sort legal thing lets face it she wanted to be top dog and didnt like the fact that prew was the main one But i love aylssa as pheobe but its very upsetting and the whole thing between her and rose and roae even said She does not like her as aylssas husband ia connected to the goverment and connected to bassicly taking down rose! But i really wish they could put there shit behind them and just all meet for coffee and hash it out And then there could be charmed reboot and all the last two seasons just forgotten as it got silly but in my head Paige pheobe piper come back to the manner and they use the book of shadows to bring prew back and All the cast is back like cole and leo and i want it to be filmed like it was not all over cgi and crazy lighting but more real but of course with magic And prew has found out the new source is back and they need to seek it out all togeather
This petty drama completely has ruined the legacy of this show. All of it boils down to ego from all parties involved and it’s sad when all of it could have resolved.
I watch it often. Rose, Holly and Shannon are the ones telling the truth. Some clothing and accessories odd at the time and dated at the moment. Some of the things ridiculous. The virtue preaching about men being scum while Pheobe character harasses several men contradictory. I never understood the normal life. In all they wanted to hook up too much to be relatable. What really bothered me was Pheobe going on about breastfeeding claiming women had to be on horseback and sans clothes to be heard, her character had an advice column for pity sakes could write anything that popped into her head. No need for facts even. Until Coop none of the pairings made sense. They could not turn back time to save pru yet several times after that episode they did go back in time. So curious. Why did they make Piper and Leo having marriage problems all the time? Paige first episode she helped heal Cole then nothing until Henry? Even Wyatt could heal. Billy and Christy made no sense but at least wrapped up the series nicely. Last episode best. Why could Leo not be married and an Elder. He wasn’t supposed to be married and a white lighter and did it anyway. Why were the kids not in magic school? Even the future scenes did not have them enter magic school door but the front door. Leo taught. Paige ran it for a time. It would have kept the kid safe from the cleaners. He spent enough time there being babysat for free. Why no Pru on the stairway that last few moments of the series? If that doesn’t say hostile fire I do not know what does. Even little kid 1970’s pru with piper would have been nice. The photo with Patty pregnant with the two little ones would have been great on the stairs. Why was Henry so absent for the last few episodes. Cole became the source by surviving the attack and protecting the witches. Why such hate on his character? They killed all the time but any time he vanquished was awful? I like how they portrayed adoption and sobriety with Paige character’s background. And that they brought dad into their lives the last many seasons. How did Cole have powers back in colonial times but not them, until they held an Apple?
I believe Shannen, Rose & Holly ❤ remember the personal gain spell in Charmed? Alyssa tried a personal gain spell by going against Shannen & it backfired because Rose hates her 😂

It’s mostly Alyssa. Holly, Shannen, and Rose all hang out and consider each other family. Alyssa is no longer close to either of them, she used to have a friendship with Holly but I don’t know what happened to that.
Izikmoreno. Yes. I think some of the friendship between Alyssa and Holly was an attempt of Alyssa to negatively impact Holly’s friendship with Shannen. Alyssa and her mom prevented Shannen from seeing Holly in the hospital and poor Holly couldn’t understand why Shannen didn’t visit her. Shannen went home and cried many a night anbout this stuff apparently. It’s sad. Shannen has had some really meannngful and enduring friendships like her bond with Sarah Michelle Gellar. I’m glad Shannen and Holly are bff’s again.

If they could have only seen into the future and how they have drifted apart. It is so sad, each one of them was so talented, creative and gorgeous they really could have made the series even better if they could have stayed together. Rose McGowan was also very talented and if another reboot came up, they should have each one of them back somehow. Because the original was way better and more relatable than the reboot.

The point I was making is that we don't know what actually happened because it was 25 years ago and we weren't there. If either or all 3 of them are lying then that spoils it for the fans. I grow up on Charmed...I wished at the time to have a family that strong. Its hard to separate it and it spoils it for the fans..

Misslanapaulford. I agree that it was so long ago. But in the past few weeks Holly confirmed that Alyssa got Shannen fired by threatening to sue. The show had no intent on getting rid of Shannen. Alyssa has also admitted that she regrets her role in what happened. Alyssa wishes she was more confident back the. and viewed Shannen as a sister and not competition. It was a truly low thing to do. Shannen was all business and treated the show as such. She was extremely dedicated and started directing episodes. Alyssa didn’t apply the same passion and became quite negative. Rose McGowan said Alyssa made the set toxic af and she kept wishing the show would get cancelled so she didn’t have to work with her anymore. Holly has also said she never recalls anything Shannen ever did that would warrant Alyssa “documenting stories” and dotting her I’s and crossing her t’s to oust Shannen. The other members of the cast were shocked and very disappointed over Shannen leaving. She was well respected by everyone on charmed. You don’t undermine your peers….just sad. Even Alyssa’s book title, Sorry, Not Sorry says it all. I wish all 3 leads stayed happy. Alyssa must have been SO insecure in Shannen’s shadows.

Shannen's "difficulty" kept the show good. She demanded the best from writers, directors, and cast. In the 90s this was enough to label women difficult. And the show quality did nosedive after she left.

I think everything was fine in season 1 but as time went on and life got more stressful they kind of took it out on each other, plus I heard the studio didn’t treat them well so that can also be a factor in the animosity.

I am not surprised. I can imagine unlike today the girls, where pitted against each other..you like gaslighting and outfits and media coverage.. The male bosses wouldn't have wanted the girls to be close and a team, cause then they'd go up against the male bosses and directors and writers. They wouldn't have liked that. It's been well documented from other shows like one true hill and others where the girls were constantly sexualised and pitted against each other.
What do you mean? Alyssa clearly struggles to keep eye contact around the 1min mark while staying how "happy" she is to work with Shannen. I bet the tensions were well present during season 1.

I watch it often. Rose, Holly and Shannon are the ones telling the truth. Some clothing and accessories odd at the time and dated at the moment. Some of the things ridiculous. The virtue preaching about men being scum while Pheobe character harasses several men contradictory. I never understood the normal life. In all they wanted to hook up too much to be relatable. What really bothered me was Pheobe going on about breastfeeding claiming women had to be on horseback and sans clothes to be heard, her character had an advice column for pity sakes could write anything that popped into her head. No need for facts even. Until Coop none of the pairings made sense. They could not turn back time to save pru yet several times after that episode they did go back in time. So curious. Why did they make Piper and Leo having marriage problems all the time? Paige first episode she helped heal Cole then nothing until Henry? Even Wyatt could heal. Billy and Christy made no sense but at least wrapped up the series nicely. Last episode best. Why could Leo not be married and an Elder. He wasn’t supposed to be married and a white lighter and did it anyway. Why were the kids not in magic school? Even the future scenes did not have them enter magic school door but the front door. Leo taught. Paige ran it for a time. It would have kept the kid safe from the cleaners. He spent enough time there being babysat for free. Why no Pru on the stairway that last few moments of the series? If that doesn’t say hostile fire I do not know what does. Even little kid 1970’s pru with piper would have been nice. The photo with Patty pregnant with the two little ones would have been great on the stairs. Why was Henry so absent for the last few episodes. Cole became the source by surviving the attack and protecting the witches. Why such hate on his character? They killed all the time but any time he vanquished was awful? I like how they portrayed adoption and sobriety with Paige character’s background. And that they brought dad into their lives the last many seasons. How did Cole have powers back in colonial times but not them, until they held an Apple?
