He is talking in punjabi but his pronunciation and diction is excellent and not using any punjabi slangs even. That's why he's easy to understand
He's also using English words a lot. So you can connect the dots.

I am not punjabi but have heard there are two kind of Punjabi ,there is something called ठेठ पंजाबी which is harder to understand and not everyone from Punjab speaks in that dialect

After learning lot of classical music and achieving awesome voice after leaving tata where v both were doing job I went for auditions of rising star where first time I came to know reality of reality shows and got depressed for next 2 years almost.. Now m recovering well after long long time and ready to show these assholes that singers can be made even without these fucking reality shows where reality is rare to be seen. All the very best to u, u r inspiration to many of us.

This is the bitter truth in television world. Actually its not only the producers but also we viewers prefer watching negative shows over positive. People are so much enjoy controversial tv shows, we are the ones who actually make such negative and dark side of the entertainment world successful. Atleast i dont remember anyone who hates shows like big boss or splittsvilla. However really appreciate u for taking this courageous step bhaaji!!

I understand what you are trying to say that honest, sincerely filled out forms (like you filled for Delhi Auditions) tend to get rejected because there is a very high possibility that majority people would be filling it out nicely. Moreover, regarding Chandigarh auditions, you explained that you purposefully filled out negative things in your form (disrespecting women etc) and you still were selected for the interview.
I think the goal of the show (or it might be a TRP stunt) is to also give an example to the audience on the kind of people who come for participating in the shows. Also, presenting people who literally think about women the way you have written in the Chandigarh auditions, sends a message to audiences (since people of many age groups watch it) and lecturing them a bit on camera shows that these things are wrong.
I personally do not find Roadies a place where someone should root their values, because even the gang leaders (not all of them) there practice hypocrisy.
Another reason why hindi TV and film Industries going down and down....!!!!!
I have stopped watching TV and signed off from all social media sites.....Turned out to be the Best descision ever.

He's speaking in Punjabi but I can understand everything too. And from what I understand, he's absolutely right. Like the answers he has written are so to the point and positive just as he mentioned. But just because Roadies has become a show where they care more about these negativities and fake things, they don't care about Reality. They don't care about the personality of the person who auditions. I saw his audition and I felt really sad for him because they humiliated him when he spoke things with confidence and those were right things. The way he views females is really respectable and those answers are appreciable. But the form with these answers was rejected. Youth is getting negatively affected due to this show now. Earlier with Raghu and Rajiv the show used to be better and more original. But now, nothing resembles the previous seasons of Roadies. And about the tattoo of AK47, when the judges asked him about it, he explained about it so politely but they humiliated him about having that. Too bad, this show still has viewers.

This proves why you din get selected. All the form answers you showed us in your Delhi form were such cliche. They are so uninteresting and there’s nothing that even in a positive way has something interesting. Even in a positive way you can actually bring in freshness and thought provoking answers but yours had none. It would be so boring to see you on show. Coz you have nothing unique or interesting. Now coming to the second form. Of course the the shoemakers want to see either positive interesting characters or wants to bajao negative characters. Roadies is a show that shows how you “should not” be. So they will pick such examples and talk about them to give lessons to others
