I love this guy. His body control and ability to steal his opponents fight rythmn is breathtaking to watch. Boxing at it's purest form.

He's one of that very small group of fighters who is so talented it actually harms his career.
If we lived in an era of unified champions at only 8 weights Rigondeaux would be a household name. As it is nobody will fight him while there are alternate pathways to championship status - and who can blame them, he's damned near unbeatable.
***** I agree GGG is also very, very talented but he's had a great career. He owns most of the middleweight titles and that's too big a prize for other fighters to duck him.

alvin agoncillo that knock down was a one off but Rigo broke the flash's orbital bone 👊💥., I didn't know that boxing smart is called (running) and I wouldn't call him a runner anyway because who was doing the running in the 12th. Watch that fight again 😌

Perter the fact that you say that shows you are a neophyte in this art. Rigo is the superior boxer. No doubt loma is a great technician but Rigo will outshine him, i promise you that.

I watched boxing for years and plus boxed my self but he is one of the most gifted fighter ,I ever seen his style very hard to hit great counter puncher one of best defensive fighter,I ever seen two time Olympic gold medalist ...Somebody please tell me why he is not a superstar ...What more can you do in boxing forget about the Loma fight Loma was just too big for him.He should have been a superstar turning pro ..I say again 2 Olympic gold medalist and a word champion..In boxing there always been some real fighters but just couldn't get that big break ...
