Dad made me a bike very much like this back in the mid 60's except his did not fold up, so had no bar through the middle of the foot rest are, and had a small flat area just behind the drivers seat to carry stuff, or even another rear facing passenger. His 5 hp engine also had a centrifical clutch like yours.
I got one with all owners literature in perfect condition. but my bag was destroyed as well as my seat covering, but the big bummer was that the Tank Rotted along the seam (cancer), was in Mount Shasta Ca. for years!
Man Dad bought a brand new StarCraft camper 1971. The camper dealer had a couple left for sale, he paid $80.00. It was super fast compared to other brand mini bikes. He sold with the camper 1978. I wish he would’ve kept it. I would love to own one, too expensive though.

Ours was a custom made bag by the previous owner because his original blue one fell apart.

We sold ours too. Fun bike and took up so little space. Sigh. I guess we cannot keep them all.
