I would say that rather than Miku being the guardian of 'heavens' she would be the guardian of the universe as a whole, the stage she's on doesn't depict a 'heaven' like scene, it depicts a clock, the zodiacs, star constellations and space which is what leads me to believe she would be the guardian of the universe, or a goddess even. as for Meiko I also wouldn't call her the guardian of earth, the scene depicted more water and fire elements rather than earthy elements, I honestly don't know what I would depict her as however if I were to choose anything, it would be elemental based (and no, I'm not talking about the science elements) rather than earth based. I'm probably reading far to much into this however the way you depicted the two, in my perspective, just doesn't seem to fit in with the stages, the models, etc.
