福建面的颜色会比较偏黑,可以选择用比较黑的那种酱油,这样便可轻易的起到黑的效果,而且还可以省下酱油。

这样的方式煮,不是炒是用汤煮熟,不是我喜欢的
福建面的做法与猛火快炒的炒面做法完全不一样。福建面的面条是带湿的,所以一定要配水炒。可以选择放入少量的水,等面收汁后便出锅。
