Today we took in four new foxes, and they all need names! To help cover the unexpected costs of taking them in, we are doing a naming fundraiser! For a donation of $100 you can name one of these foxes! This will go as a first come first pick basis. These funds will help us cover the cost of their vet visit on Thursday and other care needs.

As you all know, we had declared ourselves full upon taking in the 2 babies Lux and Onyx, but there was an emergency situation with these foxes and where there is a will there is a way.
We rushed to put up an enclosure for them in the only space available, our empty chicken coop! The space is not ideal for four foxes, but fortunately this is an upgrade for these babies, and it is also only temporary. Unfortunately it is also not connected to our play yard.
They are all very shy but friendly and sweet. I have high hopes that I’ll be able to take them over to our play yard for play time after they settle in a bit, and hopefully before to long we will begin our expansion project and they will have their own play yard.
Getting their basic supplies and enclosure together cost us about $700 that we had to unexpectedly take out of sanctuary funds. Please consider making a donation, even a single dollar, to help us recover these costs.
We have 8 foxes that will be going to the vet this week, on top of this cost, and costs that will be going toward property maintenance this week as well! We have had a very expensive month already and it’s only just begun!
