Man this game was a blast BUT it was quite easy. Especially as you get stronger and gain new abilities along the main story path. The music is unforgettable!
Had an elective course to study Japanese popular culture. It was literally just all of the Anime Club members in a classroom reading, watching, and discussing anime, Japanese films, and manga for a semester. I distinctly remember watching the Japanese horror film Ringu.
Surprised the girl who said she was an FF fan didn't notice the religous aspects within the older games. Final Fantasy 10 is literally about a pilgrimage to ward off Sin and send souls to the afterlife.
She hasn’t played them all. I believe she has only played 5, 7, and maybe some tactics. A lot of students just play games for fun and don’t think about the real world implications. That’s where I come in lol
This reminds me of how my high school astronomy teacher would just have us watch full episodes of Star Trek TNG so he could get caught up grading papers
My man, with the commercial spot for FFXVI!
Thanks SquareEnix, going to buy a few copies for friends 🎉

If you haven’t played it yet please do!
I adore this game. Enough to teach a class on it, at the very least! LOL
This would've been the outright coolest class in college...

I wish I had a class like this in college

Now this is a class I would be locked in for
It’s definitely one of the more interesting ones
Awesome to see this perspective, hear their thoughts - thanks for sharing! 🙏

Best teaching practices
This is awesome
As an alumni, what building is this? I don’t remember any building looking like this.
