How are the fisheries managed in Andhra/India ? Are the lakes, ponds, streams, rivers, dams, irrigation canals stocked by the fisheries dept. ? If not properly managed and not restocked periodically, eventually the existing stocks are depleted due to fishing to the point that they can not themselves recover and in the long term go barren.
