In the 1980s, I wrote a crappy little "Karate" game. It was mainly using "print" command graphics because screens fast-rewriting texts made it possible. "Fighting games" were just another part of "action games" at the time, I was inspired by them, but I digress. One of the fighters was a quadriplegic. He had such master over his Chi that he was able to puppet his body. He enters the battlefield with his face pressing his chair's control joystick. He then got up and moved about, often hovering. Ironically, he was the "trainer" (easy win) character. He jumped highest, took the most hits, hit the hardest, blocked unblockable (dodge needed) attacks, and had the most "special moves" using his telekinesis. Oro just reminded me of that creation of mine. His Player 2 counterpart option was inspired upon both the mythological juggernaut and Marvel's Juggernaut.... just as OP but far fewer moves, easy button-masher guy.
You fr didn’t give a damn about balancing huh just said imma make the disabled gentleman into a better professor X because he can fully control his body like we control the characters we play giving him the best stats such as having best movement/agility , hardest hits, most resilient, and telekinesis with seemingly no downsides to balance all the upsides for example being really strong able to take a lot of damage and dish out more damage usually is paired down with being slow and longer to recover

Typical Japanese mentality. They ony want to challenge you if they think they can best you immediately. Chinese masters are good at deceiving them.
Even though they’re near equal, I think Oro can defeat him. He has decades of fighting experience on his side.
The actual matchup here is: Oro with one arm beats Akuma. Oro with both arms, beats shin Akuma; Oro with both arms, ties with Oni.

nah I think Oro finally died after showing Ryu the Senjutsu arts. Ryu wears his wrap around sash in SF6.

Hoping some movie studio takes up the challenge of bringing Street Fighter to life again.
Oro is such an original character. I've never been good with him but he's so much fun to play. I'd love to see him back in sf6, together with Sagat, Birdie, Urien, Vega/Claw and Sodom. All characters with interesting backgrounds and rich personalities.
Since you Oro has taken inspirational designs from one of the Dragon Ball,I wonder Jiraya of Naruto’s perverted personality is also taken by Master Roshi.
Creator Masashi Kishimoto is a big Dragon Ball so I can see how Goku and Naruto have so much in common.

Interesting, and I though Oro's had only one arm... birth defect or amputee and learned martial arts to compensite for the handicap. He had it sealed to make fights interesting. Now I know.

Ryu could eventually be one of the most strongest characters in Street Fighter i think Oro is going to teach him his secrets to eternal life and his Senjutsu ways if he could tap into his Dark Hado and combine them and find balance he could be extremely powerful

OG Dan used to be the best guy to master... because he was like a dollar-store knockoff of Ryu & Ken. Compared to all the other characters, he was under-powered, kind of sucked, which made him awesome. When you win, it was the best way to tease the other player. "HAHAHAHA! I bet you with Dan! M^therf^cking DAN! You SUUUUUUUUUUCK!"
Now that Dan is mixed in and balanced with the other characters to be a peer... he's lost the "best guy to master" status, he's just another character to play. Decades-ago Dan was the best.

Oro taking his second hand out is the equivilant of seeing a gun pointed directly at the head of your character, you are not going live past that.

With Ryu already mastering and controlling Akuma's style, basically becoming the good-guy oni version of Akuma, it will probably be Ken who masters Oru's Sanjetsu style.

And positivity in spirituality is polar, imbalanced, nowhere near "nothing". Those who master being neutral, "nothing", can pull from rage, tranquility, joy, fear, etc... without experiencing the emotion connected to it.
