What's written is saying the same thing but because they were using information they received at that time and had not audited the documents as yet and had no proof they could not use the words Illicit enrichment. However in August after the further audit was performed and they now had confirmed the information they wrote letter to invite him to the office to discuss the matter after the investigation and confirm the Illicit enrichment . Even if he was not advised until August because he has come out and advised the public that he had searched hig and low and found no one who was investigated, he should have held a press conference after August 18 2023 and advised the public that further to his previous statement he received that letter on August 18. Please don't tell me he was too busy to do so because he had addressed matters that were not as detrimental as this and did not forget
