It seems like whatever character speaks when you use the gacha system is related to the best reward you with get, like how dabi spoke the best reward is a dabi reward
Yea I've opened a lot of rolls and when ever I get a voiceline it seems to be a good costume or emote for the character that speaks
Never caught on to that cause I've had momo talk to me twice and each time was a emote and just her in general
Bruh my luck is so opposite, I play on 2 different accounts Xbox and pc.. on Xbox I got all 3 characters in my first 3 free rolls but on pc I got only 1 character and a whole bunch of nothings (nothing rare) just a bunch of crappy emotes and dialogues
To get the license boost, make your own angency, then level up the gym to lvl 3 and you should get. I think you get one boost for each facility you have at lvl 3 but im not sure.

I rolled 3 Ibaras on 40 rolls and just stopped trying to roll.

Buy the gems from the event shop and use it to get the premium battle pass. Youll get a lot of tickets that way

Bruh that sucks but that’s like me on Xbox is I summoned all 3 characters back to back and on pc I only got 1 character from like 6-7 multi summons

not yet, u get free characters from the special license, 3 characters with the character ticket and 3 from the roll.

@@ZolDubsyeah it’s quite straight forwards to get and although the license characters take abit of grinding, at least your guaranteed them.. on Xbox I summoned all 3 characters from rolls back to back which was good but then hopped on my pc account and only good thing I got outta like 5-6 multi summons was kirishima😂😭🤦♂️

Level up your agency. You should get one at Agency Level 2.
Might be wrong but I think you need to use crystals to roll and get characters
You can use them, but you don't need to.
