If you want a good burgundy, get a blusher by Mac! Either Fever or Breezy. I have a full palette now of 6 Mac blushes and use it on my eyes nearly every day - Burnt Pepper, Devil, Fever, Apple Red, Sketch, Swiss Chocolate, you'd love them!

Anastasia !!! Get the Inglot amc pigments !!! You can get them online !!! Watch search videos and you'll be soooo shook third €15 and OMG ! Are they pigmented ! Wow and to make them even better get Inglot Duraline !!! It turns any powder into liquid and ! It also holds of nets down ! It revitalises liners and mascaras like it has sooo many uses ! I'm telling you you need these 😂
A really good mascara that is not super expensive is the nyx doll eye mascara that you can get from boots just thought I would let u know 💕 and the nyx strobe of genius highlight pallette is really good and that's in boots aswell 💕😂
If you want a burgundy eyeshadow I have also been on the hunt for one and I have found 2 really good ones from the Kiko shop in Bristol the first one is 137 and the other one is 124 xx

not sure if you can still get it anywhere but there is a really good burgundy shade in the tanya burr candy glam pallette which came out last Christmas. You might be able to get in on eBay or amazon
There is one burgundy shade, it's in the Kylie Cosmetics Kyshadow (The Burgundy Palette) But I don't know if u would be willing to spend that money and maybe u don't want a whole palette so u don't use the other ones. Personally I wouldn't spend so much money just on that and if I was only gonna use one it would be a waste. But if u are gonna use the other shades and willing to spend lots of money, then go for it! Apparently the mattes are really pigmented and the shimmers are very shimmery and pigmented too! hope I helped xxxx
