Proform oil pan, part no. 68050, pitted and rusty welds, bolt holes don't line up, pan is formed almost a quarter of an inch too long. Proform oil pump pick up tube, part no. 68051, has the mounting tab mounted in the wrong place, goes no deeper into the pan than a factory pick up tube.

Very good video I have a 1991 Lincoln mark Vll LSC 5.0/302 engine I am about to change the oil pan gasket with a Fel-pro part # OS34508R. I can not find the bolt torque specification for this oil pan. Can again one help me with this information
Hi Mikido Soto, Jr., Here is some additional information the the Fel-Pro gasket: fme-cat.com/overlays/part-detail.aspx?brand=FL&PartNumber=OS%2034508%20R&pt=Oil%20Pan%20Gasket%20Set&lu=1991%20LINCOLN%20MARK%20VII&vin=
Your guys street/strip oil pans are too deep in the front, it caused it to rub my centerlink on my 496 build. Had to dent the pan a 1/4" still had plenty of clearance with rotating assy
Its a nice oil pan but the pan is just too deep for most applications. The motor is in my third gen camaro but it would most likely cause issues in most older cars as well. It would also be nice to have the drain bolt underneath the pan because it comes into very close contact to the header. The welded insert for the drain plug simply sticks out too far
Right lmao....Kinda reminds me of a high school history teacher I used to have, always talked me to sleep and had a lot to say but wasn't anything meaningful
Nice Video Norm! Thank you
