- Bajji also called pakodas are the all-time favourite snack of Indians. It usually served along with evening tea or coffee. The Bajji recipe is really simple and it requires only few ingredients. This video is about the recipe of twelve different Bajji preparations (Mulaku/Chilli, Mutta/Egg, Kaya, Paneer, Capsicum, Potato etc) using a single batter. Gram Flour / Besan (കടലമാവ്) - 4 Cups (350gm)
Rice Flour (അരിപ്പൊടി) - 4 Tablespoons
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Tablespoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Tablespoon
Asafoetida Powder (കായം പൊടി ) - ½ Teaspoon (optional)
Baking Soda (ബേക്കിംഗ് സോഡാ) - ½ Teaspoon (optional)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1½ Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - 1½ Cup
Refined Oil (എണ്ണ) - to deep fry

ഞാൻ apple കൊണ്ട് ബജി ഉണ്ടാക്കി. നന്നായിരുന്നു. ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതും കഴിക്കുന്നതും സൂപ്പർ . മുട്ട ബജിയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി. പറഞ്ഞപ്രകാരം ആണ് ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. Thank you
Sir saw this video now by chance small tip kindly add 4tbs of chiroti rava (very fine sooji)to the batter and see the difference your bajjis will be more crispy the same thing can be also added to any dry sabji they taste very good I learnt this from a big chef love from Bangalore
