Terry Goh I feel like I need to explain this. Alamak is an actual word used by Japanese that is used similarly to Singaporean/Malaysian usage of the word ”Alamak” . In my brain, Alamak is an actual English word so I typed it as Alamak and it slipped my mind to convert it as “Oh dear“ because my stupid brain recognizes it as a word that didn‘t need translation. Apologies for the confusion. For realzies Japanese people use Alamak too, totally not a joke. Totally legit word.
