Madam in your example A is purchaser and B is the seller/owner and C is the person to make good the loss of the B in case A has not paid the amount to B . Madam I think C is the indemnifier and B is the indemnified or indemnity holder .. but in your class it was shown A is the indemnified/indemnity holder.. please clarify
