A grounds keeper is basically just the person in charge of the outside of a place like a hotel or motel or any business. They aren't necessarily the boss, but just the person who mows the grass, trims bushes, plants flowers, puts out and takes in the lawn furniture, picks up any trash on the lawn or in the parking lot, changing lights out in the parking lot, putting up and taking down flags. They do all kinds of stuff. But it is outside work. Some people call that person maintenance, or grounds men, grounds keeper, or house men. It just depends on what name the company chooses to name them.

He had tons of interesting things happen during his time at that job. Some funny, scary, weird, depressing, sad, and wild. He quit after almost getting stuck with a used syringe emptying trash cans.

the fridge was temporarily unbolted from the wall due to construction. i'm assuming the fridge is front heavy since it was designed to be bolted to the wall, for secure the fridge. for whatever reason, when the fridge was moved it was placed in a tilted forward position. it seems it was almost at its tipping point, and with the added weight of the added groceries and having the doors opened caused it to tip forward.
@@RCortez1986 I've lived in about 8 different homes/apartments in the last ten years, never have seen a fridge bolted into the wall, nor one that is so front-heavy that opening the doors will make it tip over onto you. I was wondering the same thing about how that even happens.
