What a lovely deck. So calming. And thank you for reminding us to self care. Yesterday I said to my boyfriend Ive forgotten how to breathe. He didn't know what I meant. He said it should come naturally without even thinking. But I seriously had forgotten. And I know it probably sounds weird. So he sat with me until I got it right and we slowly breathed together.

I have been waiting for this deck new version! (it's a new release, but of an older deck) I love this revamping. She also has a book that could be a great addition for people that wish there was a guidebook : "The Art of Extreme Self-Care"
