    Nice video, short and to the point.
    I can do the skin the cat but I have to bend my arms a bit at the beginning. I'll work on keeping my arms straight throughout.

    I'm French and I'm a beginner in this sport, would you have the possibility to make a video on how a beginner who can do 15 pull-ups, 40-50 push-ups, 30 dips on average could plan his weekly training to progress in calisthenics ?
    This sport made me realize the many points of improvement possible such as grip strength, flexibility, sheathing and more!
    With all this, it is not always easy to know where to start and how to train to progress efficiently. :)

    There is also the supinated position of the arm that uses mostly the biceps on the arm.

    For me when i do depression and slightly protraction it moves my center of gravity closer to the legs and makes back lever easier

    I am having issues to correct the position as like in 1:17. How can I straighten my upper back like that? Are you squeezing glutes there to correct it? Thanks.

    Bro i try to hard but i cant do more than 2-3pull ups pls we need a video how we can improve our pull ups

      do weighted pull ups, that increased my pull ups from like 8-10 to 12 max in a month or so

      @@ahmadkarnib880 weighted pull ups, i personally use the weight belt, but you can just use a backpack with weights in it.
      and don't start doing them until you reach 8 reps, just do negatives and do bodyweight pull ups and build up to 8 and then start

      @@andra420 not good advice. If you can do only 8-10, dont need to take weight. Do it over 20, than take
