What a great line up, so many fab bars! Sugar with Luna is super pretty and Sugar with Pineapple Sorbet is just fabulous! It’s lovely with Rainbows & Butterflies too! Have you tried stepping into Ben’s space when he jumps into yours? If not, it tends to be super effective because it gently drives the dog back and off without needing to give a verbal command. Another technique (if you haven’t tried) is to simply turn away, ignoring the behavior until they settle. For either technique, as soon as a more desirable behavior is shown, you then calmly praise. Something like, “Yes!” and an immediate treat (if you want) reinforces the positive behavior. He will jump up again, but it’s simply repeat, repeat, repeat until it clicks. Puppies are crazy easy to train with consistent repetition, but it’s so tiring 🤪. Plus they’re so far down, all that bending over 😂

I need to get into my office and spend some time organizing my stash too! I need to replenish my drawers as I’ve used many bars up and repurchased but not restocked them, so there are a couple boxes of bars that need to be put away!
Ben is sooo cute! And I love your reviews because I feel like you’re honest- and that’s important, especially since we can’t just walk into a store and smell these wax bars before we purchase them. 😊
I’m not even sure what those two do - they “fight” constantly but the cat still keeps instigating and provoking him, so I have to think they’re both having fun 😅. It’s chaos, and Piper SOUNDS unhappy, but she also hunts/pounces on him when he’s minding his own business so 🤷♀️😂.
My husband never says anything about any scents I melt, until I melted mango Shortcake!!! He absolutely loved it!! Its so good, but doesn't last long enough.
Thanks for sharing what you’ve been warming. Lots of summer-ish bars in there my friend. Wishful thinking?🤣 I’ve warmed Crumb Top with a few things (alternating warmers) & it’s always overpowered. It smells yummy but isn’t very strong. I have a few more bars I might hold on to them & try them again in the summer. Maybe they’ll improve with time.
Total wishful thinking LOL - it’s -32 here this morning🥶. Crumb Top is so good, but yes I’m finding for mixing it only balances with lighter scents, not stronger fruity or spicy scents. Oats and Honey is more versatile that way.
Ben has the warmest little face and those eyes …I have a 12 year old Labrador and he has the sweetest temperament. Enjoy every day with him . Some good wax mixes in that bunch and my husband also likes cinnamon bear ..I tend to chop it and keep it on hand to boost bars which I think need a spice boost. I haven’t tried the mango bars yet but the couple you did sound good 👍🏻 😊
You look so pretty and springy! I am a teacher and mom of 5, and we are off for our 3rd Wed. or Thurs. in a row due to snow and/or ice storms. I am SO ready for spring! Due to the weather, I am still in winter melting mode. Marshmallow Mint Cocoa is going in our open concept; Olaf in the bathroom; and Love Story in our master bed/bathroom. Sandalwood Tangerine is going in our basement, but it has been down there for 2 weeks. My son recently moved to the newly constructed bedroom down there. He must be turning it off because it is a long laster down there but not that long! Smiles, Abby Smith
Oh my gosh, stay warm!!! It’s been in the -30s here this week too, with snow on the way. They don’t give us time off school/work for snow/ice here - pack the big coats and gear and off we go! It must be disruptive to have unexpected days off in the middle of the week - that really throws off the routine for families! Glad you’re getting to enjoy more winter wax but I hear you - I’m ready for spring too.

Mine's a Goldendoodle and our poor Labrador older dog is taking a beating from our little terror. Wish they would bring back those scents like Candy Crave, that scent is something I really would like. As for your mixes, I'm too new to Scentsy for I only have the fall /winter and the latest bring back my bars to mix. I wish I had joined earlier, seems like I missed out on some really great bars.
Ben was caught sleepy in that clip - he is a BUSY guy, into everything all the time! 😅 He and our cat drive each other crazy lol. Don’t worry about being new to Scentsy - new stuff comes out all the time, and old stuff comes back often too! You’ll have quite a stash before you know it!

Strawberry lemon cake gave me nothing. 2 bars and I barely smelled it for an hour maybe 2.
Definitely disappointed with the longevity. In the same boat as maraschino sugar cookie for me 😢
