What an incredible Fern staff I really loved it. I would like to do it, but I have a question about how many millimeters is the Foam that you are using. Could you please tell me?
I'd actually been wondering, "It's 2024; is Pepakura still a skill people are using, or is it all CAD and 3D printing now?" Not that I know how to anything with either... Love seeing your work, though!

Honestly I can't give you the exact dimensions. But based on the standard size, general 5mm, 1m x 1m is more than enough. The rest like 2mm, 10mm can be smaller pieces, like 50cm x 50cm

It is majorly made of 5mm foam. The details are 5mm, 10mm and some 2mm

CAD, 3D printing, pepakura are just tools, it doesn't matter which one you are using, as long as it gets you what you want.
