I personally knew a coworker in China in January/February. He came back without any issue. His wife came back from China in mid February and again, no issues. Neither were tested, checked, quarantined or anything. He stayed home for 2 weeks because we made him, but that’s what happened.

I am in Europe and confined, a result of Covid. Europe's death toll (14 July 2020) from covid is 180,000 vs 138,000 in the USA so over all roughly the SAME for all those listening to CNN and determined to sink the boat to kill the captain. Covid cases are rising in Europe in some hot spots, often areas less affected areas than in the first wave. Kids went back in school in June, now out for the summer and back in the fall with no distancing for young children and common sense rules for older high school age and university age. Our case rate overall was higher than the USA, seems related to how many were exposed to people going back and forth to China. (Only a guess) When confinement ended in late May for awhile lots of people wore masks. Now not many wear masks people got tired of obeying. No country in Europe can afford to shut down or keep kids out of school. The government has started to remind people to wear masks. The main difference between Europe and the USA is NO COMING ELECTION and LESS INSANE and irresponsible media like CNN, MSNBC, and the NYT to gin up fears and keep people that do not read much and get "news" from partisan hacks trying to take POWER. POWER is the reason and goal, same reason those FOOLS in the streets tearing down American history and statues and ignoring social distancing and spreading the virus of hatred and discord and fueled by resentment that leftists exploit, we see lot of leftist activism in Europe. My sister went into labour 5 days ago, had her beautiful baby girl at 7pm nd sent home 4 hours later because medical staff was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of covid patients, exhausted, nd just simply needed he beds. Shortly after they got home she stopped breathing. She didn't know how to give cpr to a baby. In a panic and slight delirium she jumped into the car to rush back to the hospital, she was pulled over for speeding but rather than a ticket the officers had her get in their car so they could escort her as quickly as possible while the second officer did cpr to revive her. She never woke up as the time it took to drive was too much time without oxygen. If they had been in the hospital where they should have been she would have been fine. It's not that people think it's a "civil right". Some people understand that cloth masks DO NOT protect against the transmission of viruses. Thinking a mask will prevent virus transmission is akin to thinking a cyclone fence will keep mosquitoes out of your yard. In addition, wearing a mask creates air conditions within the mask which violate OSHA's work place air quality standards. No governor has the legal authority to demand that you asphyxiate yourself, especially (and ironically) in the name of public health.

I am in Europe and confined, a result of Covid. Europe's death toll (14 July 2020) from covid is 180,000 vs 138,000 in the USA so over all roughly the SAME for all those listening to CNN and determined to sink the boat to kill the captain.
Covid cases are rising in Europe in some hot spots, often areas less affected areas than in the first wave. Kids went back in school in June, now out for the summer and back in the fall with no distancing for young children and common sense rules for older high school age and university age.
Our case rate overall was higher than the USA, seems related to how many were exposed to people going back and forth to China. (Only a guess) When confinement ended in late May for awhile lots of people wore masks. Now not many wear masks people got tired of obeying.
No country in Europe can afford to shut down or keep kids out of school. The government has started to remind people to wear masks.
The main difference between Europe and the USA is NO COMING ELECTION and LESS INSANE and irresponsible media like CNN, MSNBC, and the NYT to gin up fears and keep people that do not read much and get "news" from partisan hacks trying to take POWER.
POWER is the reason and goal, same reason those FOOLS in the streets tearing down American history and statues and ignoring social distancing and spreading the virus of hatred and discord and fueled by resentment that leftists exploit, we see lot of leftist activism in Europe.
Their goal? My sister went into labour 5 days ago, had her beautiful baby girl at 7pm nd sent home 4 hours later because medical staff was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of covid patients, exhausted, nd just simply needed he beds. Shortly after they got home she stopped breathing. She didn't know how to give cpr to a baby. In a panic and slight delirium she jumped into the car to rush back to the hospital, she was pulled over for speeding but rather than a ticket the officers had her get in their car so they could escort her as quickly as possible while the second officer did cpr to revive her. She never woke up as the time it took to drive was too much time without oxygen. If they had been in the hospital where they should have been she would have been fine. But sure Trump...you're doing a great job...what a hero🙄😡🤯😔
