I have to disagree with all of you about Tamlin. You all kept mentioning how Feyre went too far with his courts' destruction and so on but you keep forgetting that most of what she did was just highlight his own actions. HE was the one to trust Ianthe over his own soldiers and advisors. HE was the one to make those ridiculous rituals. HE was the one who whipped that soldier. None of it was Feyre's doing. She just made his decisions look like what they were - bad decisions. He was very manipulative from the get go. So I think that it is poetic justice that his manipulation of the people through religion and rituals led to his demise.
