I LOVED this interview! Kyle seems like such a down to earth guy and also someone that I can learn a lot from. His clear-mindedness is evident in the way he approaches work. Definitely an inspiration! Also I could not resonate more with the opinion on ICS. I like my IC work, I want to grow into my contributions into a legendary status and make good money while at it (which is possible). And omg, like Kyle I've been producing low-stake designs and share them on LinkedIn, X, and Threads. I've been doing it for over a year+ and with 0 traction, but I love it. Like Kyle it scratches my own itches and it gets my creative juices flowing. (But unlike Kyle, I do imagine monetizing these ideas).
